Adhesive Considerations

The matters needing attention to increase the performance of waterproof paperboard are as follows:

The PH value of the waterproof adhesive must be controlled within the specified limit;

It must be painted heavier than the normal paste line;

Use heat as much as possible when producing cardboard;

The moisture content of the tissue paper should not be too high;

There must be more agitation, and the waterproof adhesive in the tank must be used as soon as possible;

If the effect is still not good, the only remedy is to add more resin.
